ABOUT THE LIBERTE FOUNDATION

The Liberté Foundation for Women wants to see as many women as possible achieve freedom through entrepreneurship.

Besides being the backbone of local economies, women-owned/run small businesses give them financial and creative freedom.

This freedom not only allows women to live the lives they want to live, but has the power to change their family tree. This freedom sets an example for their children, that women in roles of leadership, women as bosses and as owners, is normal.

Many times, the only missing piece to this freedom is cash. They already have the skills needed to start the business, but lack the funds. The Liberté Foundation for Women serves to fill this void and give women access to the money they need to start their journey to freedom or to help them to continue and grow.

The Liberté Foundation gives this money in the form of grants. The beautiful thing about grants is they don’t need to be repaid. The selflessness of many women keeps them from asking for a loan, taking money from the family savings or even having a place to seek funding in the first place.
